Pinkberry is a franchise of frozen dessert restaurants headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. There are currently over 260 stores in 20 countries. The first store was opened in January 2005 by Hye Kyung (Shelly) Hwang and Young Lee. The restaurant allows customers to customize their yogurt with a variety of toppings. The tart original flavor is very popular as well as fresh greek yogurt.

"The person who owned the company had me floating in different locations . It was unprofessional. Not one location that I worked in had my check. So I had to find another job"

"VERY hostile work environment, drama. disgusting. a mother and a daughter work together and gang up on others making them cry. Extremely uncomfortable, the daughter and her boyfriend would come in the back and make sex jokes and kiss all over each other and be on top of each other. The mother and daughter both get paid minimum wage and act like they run the place. Manager doesn’t allow friends to work together... yet has family members working together and allowing them to make others feel uncomfortable and acting innocent. Cons: hostile work environment"

"Manager use to give me alot of hours but when it was pay day he use to not pay me for the hours i worked for . It was always a problem with my check . I love the job serving frozen yogurt , putting on toppings and making shakes but working with this guy was a big no. Cons: Nothing"

"The job is an easy way to get money and get customer service onto your resume but from the new hired manager it is completely not worth it. Ridiculously poor time management on their part. Owner does not care. Unfair promotions to those undeserving. All around bad experience. Cons: short breaks, micro-managing"

"If you're a student Pinkberry is ideal for you, for anything else os not worth it. You get under paid and over worked. free yogurt. Again. not the best career move. Cons: no vacation, no health, not many hours for winter"

"Depending on the season the day go by quick. Also depending on the store and area you would be able to have a calm day. Certain store have favorites, and hours may be slim. Pinkberry work you for a low pay. At the store I was at the Manager wouldn't schedule a Runner and I was force to walk deliveries and still rush back to do other stuff in store. When I spoke up about my rights the Manager threaten to fire me if I didn't take the delivery, So I quit. Cons: Low pay, poor decisions, poor management staff, no benefits, and low hours."
